Orders are posted either by first class royal mail or by courier.

If you live in the local area then i will deliver personally. 

Payment

Stationery

Payment is either by cash, cheque or bank transfere. 

At time of consultation a discount will be given if you choose to pay in full, (unless you are taking advantage of a special offer/package). 

If you decide that you do not want to pay in full a 50% booking fee (which is none refundable)  is required and the balance is due when samples are returned.

Flowers

Payment is either by cash, cheque or bank transfere. 

At time of consultation a 50 % booking fee is required this is none refundable as we only book two weddings per weekend. (unless you are taking advantage of a special offer/package then payment needs to be in full).  The balance is due three weeks before the wedding date.

Week day weddings will receive a 10% discount.

Delivery

Once order is complete it will be sent via royal mail delivery or courier, if you are out of a 20 mile radius.

If you are in the local area then we will deliver personally.

Flowers

We deliver all arrangments and centre pieces and set the venue up for you. If you are hiring our glassware, mirrors, or easels we will collect these the next day.
