Save the Date Cards

Sending Save the Date cards to your friends and family is a great way to announce your coming wedding. It gives people plenty of time to make necessary arrangements including travel, accommodation, and babysitting/dogs sitting arrangements etc... If your wedding is planned for June, July, August or September it is a good idea to give advance warning of your wedding allowing your guests to book their Summer holidays before or after your Wedding day.

Reply Cards

A reply card can stop alot of disappointment when it comes to organising your wedding.you will be surprised how many people will forget to send you an acceptence card, but when one is infornt of them with details of menu choices for your catering, accommadation and if they want to join you for sunday lunch the next day. Sending a reply card with a RSVP date is the best way to ensure you have this vital information. Make it a post card with the reply address on the reverse,  and a stamp fixed to ensure a speedy return. Don't assume that your guests will go out and buy an acceptance/decline card.

Order of service / Day

If your getting married in a church then an order of service some feel is essential. It will act as a prompt for anyone who does not know any hymns you've picked and anyone who will be giving a reading. The content of your Order of Service/day will provide all the details of your ceremony including the wording for prayers and hymns so there will be no need for hymnbooks. The Order of Day is on the same lines but for a civil ceremony to let your guests know what will happen through the day, and give a running itinery of your special day.

Want to remind your guest what they will be eating? Make a dramatic statement with a tall menu card.  

 

  

Escort Cards

As an alternative to seating plan escort cards in envelopes are laid on a table. Each envelope has a guest's name/couples name and inside is a card stating which table they are sitting at. Guests are usually requested to collect their escort card before entering the room

Table Name/Number Cards

You can't have a seating plan/escort cards without table cards as the two work together. Tables can be numbered or named but take into consideration the length of names you choose because the longer the name the smaller the writing. We are unable to provide stands for our table cards however most venues will be able to provide these, if not you will need our free standing table cards. Both types are double-sided. Favours

Favours are small gifts given to wedding guests as a token of appreciation from the Bride & Groom. Traditionally these are 5 sugared almonds symbolic of health, wealth, happiness, fertility and long life. Our favour boxes can be filled with many different flavours. At the moment retro seems to been in with cola bottles, pick n mix and chocolate buttons but to name a few. (Click for addional on Confectionery and sweets) Or you can have the supplied empty and put what ever you want in them. These favour boxes come in all shapes and sizes, we provide boxes, handbags, tuxedos, Mini scroll boxes, organza bags and many more all in colours that with ,atch or co-ordinate with your colour theme. Camera Cards

If you're having disposable cameras on your guest's tables it is a good idea to let them know it's not a gift for them to take home. Having one of these cards with each camera will ensure your guests take lots of fabulous snap shots and leave the used camera on the table for you to collect at the end of the night.

Single shot disposable cameras are avalible upon request to go with the camera cards.
